What is Minting? And 42d.exe? I can stake with only 0.000042?

Since all 42 coins are already mined, there is no reward for Minting (PoS). 42d.exe is a daemon - a wallet without GUI (command-line style).
0.000042 is a very small input to generate a block in adequate period of time. Also, PoS is not working for coins on the long address.
