ADAB CHARITY FUND

As we`ve been mentioning the principles of Sharia law, we are applying, zakat is the simplest example of it. Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam. It brings the honesty, mercy and ... Read more

How much will Adab give as charity?

ADAB HARAAM EXCHANGE CHARITY FUND IS A SCAM !!!

Nothing.... these are scammers so why would they give anything as charity?

Look, if they will not even bother defining what "Shariah" means to them then why would they define what the word "Charity" means?

Nobody other than them know their interpretation the words "Shariah" and "Charity". Since they are scammers they could maybe define "Charity" to be something more pathetic than their use of the word "Shariah".

Even well-known and successful current projects have been criticized in the past. It is impossible to predict with confidence the future of the project but it is possible to estimate its current state. At the ICO-stage, the project is normal.

There two things to consider....

First thing to consider: If the exchange has started. If the exchange is running as an active business, operating as any other exchange.

In the above scenario if a pimp or prostitute or drug dealer or brewery alcohol manufacturer comes along and opens an account at Adab Haraam exchange then that is one thing. The customer deposits for example Bitcoin, trades it for Litecoin and then again to Ethereum and then withdraws either to a bank with FIAT or to his desktop wallet, that is another thing.

In the posts by representatives of Adab Haraam exchange they have effectively said that: "if you have a business and a customer comes to buy something from you, you do not check their moral standing or ask where they got the money from. You take the money and sell them the item". That is true but this only one issue.

Second thing to consider:
If there is no business. If the business does not exist. It is just an idea. (which is what this trio of a team from Kazakhstan have in Adab Haraam exchange)

If there is just a concept, an idea but no real business and you go around inviting people to invest in your business by helping it start up and then create the product with the actual funds received (in this case the ICO) then there is a problem. For example if you have a Shariah business which is printing and publishing Quran (or Bible or another religious book) then you cannot accept money from illegal, illicit and immoral funds.

In this case the purchasing of the print-house building and all equipment and all salaries and everything that eventually results in the Holy scriptures being printed cannot be done using money from illegal, illicit and immoral funds which might include from pimps, prostitutes and drug dealers. In that case a thorough investigation from each investor or prospective investor must be made.

What the Adab Haraam exchange team have said is that they are unable to vet every investor therefore they are not doing anything wrong. These fools think by playing ignorant they can claim it is acceptable because when they "trade" they assume the funds are from acceptable sources. What these fools are avoiding to answer is the ICO funding question because they are a bunch of profit seeking fools who will sell their own morals in order to confuse others.

so, im wanna see something work product like it was with switcheo. You have to start some exchange in testnet and show everithing
After a while, the project will prove to us that it is one hundred percent worthy of attention; we just need to have a little more patience.

The reason is - he wants to know the truth, I know that his arguments look tough, but so is Islam.
I have been watching this thread for quite a while and during this 50 pages "pump" no one answered his question. In addition to that, there are a lot of smart questions around, still being ignored. Plus, it is not the secret, that they use bots/pump accounts here, a lot of identical accounts keep posting the same positive information over and over again. They made so for you, who see only the top of the iceberg.

Don't want to say anything negative, but just because they hiding smth, doesn't make them investment attractive.

What I found so far -
1. They delete members who ask tough questions(about the team, project, and smart-contract) in the TG chat.
2. They claim that the reached the soft cap - where? where can we check this info? was it OTC deals?
3. As far as I know, there are a lot of laws and regulations in Islamic countries, but the government, as well as administrative authority, do not support cryptocurrency, but they say they are ok(they say, not someone else)
4. Do they have a license? - If it is offshore, I am done here.
5. and last but not least - MVP, I can personally make this for a few days, it is just a landing page with random quotes.

BUT If you want to invest go on, I am just a helpful fellow here

Hello.

1. We never remove adequate people from the chat. Of course, we ban those who scream that the project scam WITHOUT evidence. But you can join to the chat right now and we'll talk on all topics, but without harsh statements and in a normal tone.
2. Now there is a round of privat sale. How do you imagine to show proofs? Smiley We have posted this news only as an acquaintance. We don't want to fool anyone. We don't persuade us to believe.  Believe it or not. This decision is up to you. As soon as private sale will be completed, we will show all the proofs and the smart contract. Private sale is closed because it is a secret information.
3. Many countries don't support cryptocurrency. And no matter what religion in the country is Islam or Christianity or Buddhism. But this doesn't prevent projects from launching the ICO and successfully releasing their product.. If you have any questions about the project, write to our COO in the telegram @RustamTurzhan
He will answer all your questions. If you even need to meet. Wink
4. The legal part for obtaining a license is already being done. Lawyers work and prepare documents. A license will be made in the UK. This is the best license in the world for trading cryptocurrencies. Approximate deadline for obtaining a license is 9 months. We plan to get a license at the end of May.
5. Maybe our MVP is in poor condition. But be patient please!
Alpha release of the exchange will be available in January , stay tuned.
FICE exchange will be released in Q2-Q3 2019

Thanks for your questions.
with best regards

Thank you for your reply.
Following your answers -
1. There are discussions around the BitcoinTalk on you removing people Smiley Just saying it is not only one guy...
2. Alright, I get it, but being transparent with Shariah norms means you should show everything as transparent as possible, but it is your decision, don't want to push you in the corner with that.
3. Sure It doesn't, but it may prevent you, because you stepped on thin ice by being First Islamic Exchange, It is not that easy to achieve.
4. Well... by telling that you about to get the license and you have it - are two different scenarios, think about it.
5. Noted
_____________
I have a few more questions:
Do you have the feedback of the 3rd Islamic party which is not interested in the project?

How will you benefit from the financial point of view?

What is the reason for a token to grow in the future?

What if smb perform forbidden strategies like the pump and dump on your exchange or use it for something "Bad"?

Hello Abeer Mousa

The Adab Haraam exchange claim they follow Shariah. Do you follow Shariah?

If you do which denomination do you follow?

As you are from Egypt you probably are Sunni but as this is a religious "project" can you clarify your position?

I know you are the community development manager from Egypt and have no say in the "business" or "project" but the trio Kazakh team members behind the project have not even stated which interpretation of Shariah they follow but they are happy to accept ICO funding from illegal, immoral and illicit sources including from prostitutes and pimps but what about you?

If a portion of your salary is connected to it being from funding by groups that might include pimps, prostitutes and limitless illegal, illicit and immoral earnings does that make you happy?

Does that mean you are following Shariah? If yes, which denomination does that apply to?

If there is a scam finding, why is the ICO project and bounty still running? This must be quickly decided for the good of all those who invest and followers of the bounty campaign

It is running in part because the Adab Haraam exchange are continuing with the facade and not backing down on removing the word Shariah.

The other thing not helping are the users here, they are part of the scammer bots and freebie token seekers and airdrop beggars that keep pumping up the thread to drown out voices that disagree and expose the Adab Haraam exchange.
If they delete the word shariah can it solve the fraud problem you are accusing? I don't take sides wherever I just want to know the truth

I hope that if by the end of ICO the developers do not eliminate all inaccuracies that do not allow the project to be considered as created by all Shariah norms, then it should be removed from it’s name

Why there is no news or press about ADAB?

Well because if the advertise themselves as a Shariah compliant exchange project that does not exist but is seeking investment to start developing their concept in to a real website then those that follow Shariah will start looking in to the project to see what makes it Shariah compliant.

After a brief time investigating they will see that Adab is actually Adab Haraam exchange and scam, that is why they have no publicity.

Also they have little or no money to advertise so the trio of Kazakh "team" members want to use the ICO funds to pay salaries and other expenditures too.

Adab Haram exchange = scammers. Simple as that.

They passed KYC,so how can they cheat with investors? Arabian investors are very serious guys, so I wouldn't play with them.
In some countries there is a death penalty for such tricks
In whatever country the project was not registered to joke with the Arab countries is not necessary. this will backfire. The project team should understand this.
They do everything right, because the above said that the team passed the verification, this is already a big sign that they are worried about their reputation and do not hide anything

Facebook page is not working!! What is the problem?

 Grin

The facebook page is the least of their worries.

These scammers claim their exchange is Shariah compliant but they are willing to accept money to help launch their business from prostitutes and pimps as well as drug dealers and all sorts of illegal, immoral and illicit sources.

They refuse to answer the questions that matter.

I am sure that the ADAB management will cope with the pressure from competitors, the launch of the cryptocurrency exchange promises to be grandiose.

Among the crypto-currency exchanges, the competition is very large, this is so. One of the advantages of the project is the attraction of Muslims, if ADAB can really do it.
Should attract, as they hold conferences, they actively conduct their social networks.

LOL, never thought to meet Islamic exchange. Is it for real? It is not a prank? If it is for real, then muslims might admire this ICO.

The whole "project" is a scam not a prank. It is not real at all, it is designed to fool religious people in to send their money to these Kazakhstan trio who have no idea about religion.

You are right to be skeptical about this scam.

NO IT IS NOT REAL. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PROJECT!!!!!!

Adab Haraam exchange = scam

Adab Haraam scammers exchange are willing to accept money from illegal and immoral sources including from pimps and prostitutes as well a drug dealers and alcohol manufacturers and they claim to have morals.

Shame on these Adab Haraam exchange scammers for lying. This is not Shariah compliant or Halal, it is the opposite.

Nothing Shariah or Halal about these scammers. They are a Kazakh trio of team members that are non-denominational Muslim so cannot follow Shariah.

Timur Turzhan - CEO, Founder

Rustam Turzhan - COO, co-founder

Maxat Salpyn - Deputy CEO of Islamic Finance

It is important to ask this question because you are main protagonists behind this scam called Adab Haraam exchange.

Which sect or interpretation of Shariah or Islam do you claim follow?
