There is no Arabic text because the trio behind the scam are Kazakh with no experience in this field. They are opportunistic just trying to corner a market by fooling Muslims in to thinking they are Shariah compliant but at the same time they said they will have no problem in accepting ICO funding from illegal and illicit and immoral sources because they will not vet ICO investors.
