Of course it will be a project for all people. It is economically inexpedient to somehow close off from the whole world and make a project for a particular country or region.

It seems to me that Islamic investors will use the services of this exchange more than other exchanges. They have a very developed sense of support within their religious community.
I would like the exchange to be accessible and understandable not only for people and religions of Islam
but also for people with another religion, and that they understand the laws on which the project will be built
I do not think that the ADAB crypto market will be only for people preaching Islam. It seems to me that the exchange will be for all users.
It makes no sense to do only on a specific target audience, it is necessary that the project for all worked
The target audience is not an option, I think they are doing their project for all people.

@Adab Team

There is nothing in this ADAB exchange that makes it more or less Shariah compliant than any other exchange out there.

For non Muslim investors this is just another investment opportunity which they will have to investigate before deciding to invest or not.

For Muslims they would like to see evidence of Shariah compliance in this exchange and non-Shariah compliance in other exchanges and that evidence must be provided by the people claiming to be offering the Shariah compliant product in other words Adab Exchange.

I see glossary photos, lots of paid promotions and so on involving what appear to be either non-Muslim people making presentations or those who claim to be Muslim but nobody knows if they are Muslim or not.

1) Why did these Adab people use Islam as their unique selling point to ask for ICO funding when they could simply have created the exact exchange but without trying to say it is Shariah compliant when it clearly cannot be any more or less Shariah compliant or acceptable than Binance, Poloniex and the rest...

2) What are the specific factors making this project Shariah compliant?

3) And which interpretation of Shariah is being applied?

-Is it Sunni? If so which one Hanafi, Maliki, Sha'fi or Hanbali?

-Is it Shia? If so which one Ismaili Shia, Twelver Shia or other?

-Is it Druze if so which denomination?

-Is it Alawites, if so which denomination?

4) Whichever interpretation or version you deem to be the correct one, which of the other denominations and branches of Islam would you (because of your teaching and following) class as either heretics or complete non-believers?

5) Would you accept investment from peoples or groups you deem to be non-believers or heretics? Please explain why

6) Would your project accept ICO funding and private funding from non-Muslim investors?

-If yes, would it remain Shariah compliant if you could not ascertain if that funding came from Haraam income?
-If no, why would you not accept ICO and private funding from non-Muslims?

7) Would your project accept ICO funding and private funding from Muslim investors if you could not ascertain if that funding came from Haraam income?

-If yes, would it remain Shariah compliant if you could not ascertain if that funding came from Haraam income?

Thank you looking forward to your reply

This is a correct remark on the facts. After all, in  Announcement it was written only that the exchange will be created according to the laws of Shariah, but no reasons were given. I am also interested to know the details.

The owners of the this project will not reply because they are scammers trying to scam investment ICO by misleading with the real process behind their project because it is in actual fact anti-Shariah

The ADAB exchange can win due to its marketing positioning as the first Islamic exchange. This is a very interesting idea!
Is it worth talking only about this aspect of this project? I think there are many important factors in such projects, and also need to talk about them.
I also think that ADAB has chances to be among  leaders. That is why I plan to sell a few coins and invest in this ICO

They are scammers. Stay away from them.
why are they scams?
if you can more evidence and substantiated facts!
to make it more clear to the people present here
I think that the available facts are not enough to make some analysis and conclusions that the ADAB project is a scam. This is a very hasty and unreasonable statement.
Yes, such conclusions in general can not be done ahead of time, why, everything will be fine and the command is normal
it’s too early to make any bad or good conclusions
certainly bad that we do not know the laws on which the project is based
Before you make a project, you need to know the laws of the state, but the guys with this problem should not be

Isn't the project for too narrow an audience? I think that this is not a very good approach for the further development of the project.

I would like to hear the opinion of an authoritative person in this field. What I read on the Internet and about the ADAM project and about the relationship between cryptocurrency and Islam. Everywhere everything is written differently. There is no consensus.

There will never be consensus on the issue of Shariah because it means "God's immutable divine law" and that is based on Islamic jurisprudence on the interpretations on scholars. Some of those scholars are considered Sunni. So those following Sunni interpretations of Shariah are seen as misguided and maybe heretics by non Sunni followers and vice-versa.

What is "Shariah" and what is "not Shariah" is based solely on the opinions of the one who calls him or herself a Muslim because they are expressing an opinion on:

-which scholar, school of thought and jurisprudence to follow
-which scholar, school of thought and jurisprudence they deem otherwise acceptable but decline to follow themselves
-which scholar, school of thought and jurisprudence followers are considered heretics

The idea these scammers can ask for funding in an ICO allowing any one including criminals to invest in a supposedly "Shariah Exchange or product" ensures that this cannot be a Halal or Shariah compliant project.

The team behind Adab Exchange are scammers. Please do not invest in their project because if the first step in business is based on a lie then you can expect nearly all future steps to be containing lies too.
here are the statements that affect the Sharia law and the compatibility of the project with this law
unfortunately, many here present on this tape, most likely not of the Islamic faith, and did not even hear about this Sharia law
I personally did not know, here I heard for the first time, well, now I will know, thanks
I am also very interested in how you can communicate the principles of religion, and enter them in exchange
perhaps Sharia law has something to do with finances.
I wanted to know more about it.

I have relatively small experience in investing in ICO projects, but unfortunately I trapped to scam projects. They were mostly Russian ICO. I will follow this project to see how it develops..
You made a very strange choice in order to invest in Russian ICOs, did you not get acquainted with the basics for a start? they are jokingly called "scam" (any Russian ico)
Well, let's see if the investment will justify itself, if so, then this is excellent.
