There is nothing great in the article or the Adab Exchange project. It is just a group of people asking for money via an ICO saying it is Shariah compliant but the fact they have no idea where the funding is coming from along with whether that funding was gained by way of illegal activity means this is NOT a Shariah compliant project

What are the specific factors making this project Shariah compliant?

It seems to me that such projects often leave not enough investment and therefore often promising projects do not collect soft cap. The fact that this is Arabic ICO does not mean that immediately there will be a lot of investors

I also think that the project has an international development team. But the promotion market they chose the Islamic world. I think such tactics might work!
