Well, going futher. Sgminer give me only rejects:
[09:09:10] Rejected d0c3dd3c Diff 1.226/0.001 GPU 0 (Share is above target)

It's with hashharder pool. Maybe it's worth to try another pool? Or my Radeon 6500 is not supports new miners.
