Only the hasharder pool is up and running, but I need the conf file!

What's with windows miners?
P.S. I found bfgminer on pool but I don't like it - there is  as always "Device not found".

I don't see 37.59.21.199 in your debug.log - are you sure that it is reading the right .conf file? and that you restarted your wallet properly after removing peers.dat?

It should list the IP address above in the debug.log if it is connecting

I tried deleting peers.dat as well.

If you are having trouble syncing, try adding

addnode=37.59.21.199 to your .conf file.

Make sure you delete the peers.dat file before restarting your wallet also.
