Guys, PoS is working perfectly fine. The wallet fix is for difficulty retarget, which makes the network about 3-5x slower. The 500% APR phase just got prolonged and people get less frequent stakes but it affected everyone equally. By block 12000 with the new wallet, target spacing is guaranteed to be 1 minute (right now takes 3 to 5 minutes).
Also, the version you see in Help > About is just version numbering (just some text). It has nothing to do with the code. Of course for sanitizing code it should have been updated as well, but dev launched the fixed wallet as soon as possible which is why I believe this has been missed. It doesn't affect the actual fix.

the POS fix should start at block 12000 so you won't see any improvement until then. Currently we are at block 11246 so it should start soon.
I installed the new wallet as well and see the same issue with the version number. I wonder if it is just a cosmetic issue. May be the developper forgot to update the version number in the code. However, the new wallet size is not the same as the previous one, so definitly something as been changed inside.
In discord dev said wallet text 1.01 was a mistake but it truly is 1.2

I seems I was wrong about my calculations of stable exchange price drop of *7.3%/365 days because it goes 18000-20000. While you could sell it all for 32000 yesterday. I've heard of the ppl who did that

In my wallet there are about 75 coins, the time for getting the stack is according to the information of 1 day. I can not wait to see if this happens, almost a happy new year. Perhaps after the hardfork, POS stack will happen more often.

I saw that https://coinsmarkets.com/stake.php have removed the AERIUM wallet from the list, it was there yesterday.. I put my 200 coins on there yesterday to take advatange of their pooling..
Works with everyother coin that supports PoS that I leave on their overnight, i always get something... but today, no stake from Aerium and wallet is removed... they must see some issue with it.. or in process of updating..

Yes, I know you can buy it there, I am talking about the staking page ( https://coinsmarkets.com/stake.php ) which listed AERIUM yesterday as a wallet which support PoS gains while on the exchange, and today its not on that list..

Same here, download the new wallet, exe file size is bigger than the previous one (a bit) but in wallet, version shows v1.0.0.1-g32a928e. Is it a cosmetic issue?

staking graph looks really crazy. Such high % are not really good for the supply and fair distribution thought. What is the logic behind these numbers?

Staking is based on how old your coins are. All you can do is wait. I have 12 coins that i sent to my wallet in one transaction yesterday. Currently the wallet is estimating I'll receive my award in 11 days. You also must keep your wallet open and it has to be unlocked. to get an estimate put your mouse over the lightning symbol in the bottom left of the wallet. It will tell you your weight, the network weight, and estimated time for reward. This isn't some get rich quick thing where free coins show up daily.
