You can already trade Rustbits on the Counterparty DEX right now. Book of Orbs listing is expected soon (this will make trading of the upcoming cards on the DEX much easier). Once Rustbits trading on the DEX estabishes significant volume, bigger exchanges are more likely to become interested in listing the token. Having a new token listed is not something you can just do by calling up an exchange and telling them to list the token. The exchanges all have specific criteria to list new tokens. In case of Counterparty tokens like Rustbits, getting listed would be a lot easier if we concentrate on exchanges that already have other Counterparty tokens listed, as providing support for them is non-trivial for exchanges, at least until some of the upcoming CIPs are implemented that will make Counterparty more easy to handle and implement for exchanges. That being said, some exchange let users vote for getting new coins listed. We can all do our parts by upvoting Rustbits on our favorite exchanges.
