Coins received... now we only need a good exchange to start trade
Can anyobe tell me where is the official support site from AIR team. I can´t find it either on https://tokeninvestor.com/crowdfunding/air nor in the slack channel, where you aren´t able to post or ask anything?
The problem is that every time i entered my ETH address and saved it an i logged out and logged in again it disappeared. I also have added XID to MEW with the given parameters but i can´t see any transaction.

If you are in slack, go to random channel, everyone is there including the dev as they lock the general channel. For your address, try login and refresh (don't enter the address again), your address should be there. You can try their main site to contact them using the http://www.sphre.co/ . There are links to reach the support team and also details and other information about anything someone may interested. I hope this will be helpful to sort out your issue.

I would prefer that everyone got their tokens before it is listed.. it's not fair other way

Did they mention in the Slack how long they need to send the tokens to the investors? I saved my ETH address in the portal a few days ago and I am still waiting.
It's supposed to be done by friday.
Tokeninvestor.com are doing the distribution.
They have only sent tokens to about 70 addresses until now:
