I'm having the same issue with my GUI wallet hashing, but not collecting coins through alloypool. Can you post a tutorial of how to switch mining pools? My efforts to change pools have been unsuccessful.

When you are in GUI wallet, you need to go to Mining tab -> the lowest one on the left. In Mining tab you have list of pools, you need to drag the one you prefer to the top of the list. If your prefered pool is not on the list, or data is incorrect you need to manually add new pool at the bottom... and that is pretty much it... just remember the pool you prefer have to be on the top of the list...

Thanks @Lukal! That was easy enough. Also. I was pleased to see that after joining a working pool I seem to have been credited for the hash power I had contributed but yet to be compensated for. Just got a nice deposit of 50.6 XAO. SWEET!

Glad to help Wink

...so much confusing.... Wink Wink..always for a person like me...  Cheesy

a lot of crypto coins constantly grew in value due to their anonymity! anonymity is one of the first requirements for crypto currency! those projects that offer their customers anonymity will be very popular! now there is a great demand for such crypto coins!

Check out our 15th August 2018 Official Announcement!
https://www.reddit.com/r/alloyproject/comments/97i7ab/15th_august_2018_official_announcement/

Important :
The pool alloypool.com, from one of our developers, which is currently off, no longer sends payments since it was restarted following the flood attack on our nodes, until this incident is resolved, we recommend you switch to https://alloy.mine2gether.com/ as well as other pools available at https://alloyexplorer.com/#/pools

This month we are running a competition awarding the top 3 traders with 100k NBR (https://medium.com/kompler/august-competition-100-000-00-nbr-25cd297f7131)

Hi all, the mining function in my Alloy wallet is still hashing but has not paid anything for a few days, did something change?

 Huh

Hi...I am not sure, I will take a look and will come back to you...

I have checked it and the thing is : Mining with your GUI wallet you actually mine through alloypool.com, so your hash rate goes through that pool, and you also receive payments from that pool. As of 9th August payment system of alloypool.com is broken, due to some problems with chainsplit. But you don't have to worry, because you will get all your payments once it is fixed. As long as pool is finding blocks, and as long as your pending balance grows everything is ok... You can check directly on the pool with your wallet address, and you will see how much is your pending balance. One of our devs who is in charge of that pool is currently on vacations, and as soon as he comes back we will fix this problem. We appologise for any possible inconveniences...

I tried using the webminer through alloyexplore.com on my iphone just to see what kind of hash rate I would get and it never started working. I chose cryptoknight.cc/alloy and it reads "no job yet," Is it still buggy or did i do something wrong?

Hi, our webminer has been updated...and ios devices should work now...can you try with your Iphone again? Cheers

I'm going to follow this thread closely – keep up the good work, It is important that all projects give the same complete information
the team provides a very detailed information about the project. so I think that all the participants of this project are always aware of all the events. This is a very positive side of the team.

It should work... but let me check it myself and ask dev about it, and I will come back to you...

In-depth discussions and all that…
Love it! Alloy community is among the most tech-savvy in my experience! Great stuff, guys!
In any case, let's wish the guys luck and patience to realize the project, this is the main thing

thanks, we are standing behind our ideas, and we are working to realise them... it won't happen tomorrow, but give us some reasonable time frames, and we won't let you down... Smiley

We are listed on 3 exchanges - Tradeogre, Maplechange, Altex... But volumes are very low at the moment...

Do you claim to become a become a better anon crypto than Monero and ZCASH? You use their protocols and improve them or what is your idea here?
Take a look at our webpage -> Vision and XAO coin use
