As you can see, my ANX PLUS card should have a telephone support. However, this is a straight up lie. There is no telephone support. The managers at ANX knows this, you said yourself that you've emailed them. However no changes were made. That's why ANX is lying.

Not to mention hiding important information like loading time for card.

I don't beleive that you guys don't have time to change this information. It would take you about 5 minutes.

I don't feel comfortable trusting you with my money.

There are multiple departments in the ANX BTC company.  We are the part of the support department.  byt411 and I have both linked you directly to where these "hidden" facts are stated in the FAQ.

A few suggestions.

I'm till waiting for my card to top-up, which is quite annoying, as if I would have used an other exchange I would have had the money in my hand already.

but with the new "free debit card" promotion you could get a debit card for free. Smiley

It tends to take around one business day.

When did you "topup" your debit card?

Again, there is one, but it is completely useless to contact them since it is the support of the card issuer.


If you don't feel comfortable, by all means, don't use our service. The information you mentioned isn't "hidden". It is clearly stated in the FAQ.

It's because of forum database problems, some days posts were lost.

Anyway, since I didn't see it if it was answered before forum problems, could it be confirmed that premium cards are Mastercard ones?

Weird did not work for you at atm worked just fine for me and i went to a small bank that only has like 4 offices in like 3 cities lol. In any case hope you can finally go to the dr and take care of your stuff that was pending

Is there any way to get any other card beside Unionpay,  that one is useless for me as it doesn't work with my country.

you going to need the ANX Premium card, that is what i have and it is a Master card branded card, only bad thing is that it does not have customers name on it. I actually went to liquor store today to buy me some beer and was denied the card as it does not have my name on it so they could not match it to my id for age verification  Cry

AHHH yeah great for taxes.... not sure how but in any case not great for renting cars, getting airline tickets, buying liquor and today i had pleasure of my cell phone company not accepting it since no name

I got that free card offer you were running recently, yeah, I didn't know it's UnionPay. I'd pay for card that can withdraw from ATM here, that's not problem.

So, can you confirm if I order premium card it will be Mastercard?

In any case hope they address this and fix the issue cause " pre loading " the card is such a hassle we want to have bitcoin in wallet and for it to auto sell ONLY the amount of bitcoin to cover purchase
