Some ways:

In wallet go to Settings / Basic. At that page you can see path were located wallet data.
Close wallet.
Open this path (see above) and delete all files (chaindata, nodes,dapp..)ONLY KEYSTORE folder DON`T TOUCH (this is your account)

After that start wallet again and wait sometime (5-10min). If you will see green progressbar in bottom wallet, that mean syncing blockchain.
At finish sync you must see READY. And your balace.

If not help..second way..
In wallet go to Settings / Advanced in that page you can see location your gdbix.exe file. Click on button "Choose" and select gdbix.exe in walllet work folder (where you open wallet).

Close wallet. And open again. Wait few minutes(5-10min) to sync blockchain.

If not help, then you need add peers.

And before do that all check your system time. https://time.is/
It must be synced with ethernet.

i deleted all the files except the wallet. now it starts then says cannot establish peers and just loads a whole bunch of dbix wallet. keeps repeating like its opening the wallet all on its own.
