Hi there, I have downloaded DBIX wallet for Windows and created new adress. After that i sent 100 DBIX to this adress. ON https://dbixscan.io/home it shows me that I have become these coins but not on the Wallet on my PC. How can I synchronise the wallet that these could be seen? The second question is how do I export UTC/JSON from that wallet if I want to open it on other device?
try use https://dbix.io/ just add Keystore File (UTC / JSON) enter your password and send you dbix wherever you want
Keystore File take at C:\Users\yourPC\AppData\Roaming\Dubaicoin\keystore folder

If there's no explorer rich list how does this dbix insider know somebody has bought $1m of dbix these past few day? Is there a rich list for them but not for us?

Seriously, is nobody else concerned about how that knowledge was gathered? If there isn't a rich list how would an insider know 'someone' bought $1m of dbix at these higher prices?
You can see on cryptopia that wallet of 49k dbix that has been bought.. even I saw it. it wasnt there before i seen that wallet grow look on the distribultion on cryptopia... for months there was justa 11k wallet now theres this guy whos buying 4 to 5 btc every day,, there was a 20btc buy order yesterday.
Were you monitoring it daily? If so, did you keep a snapshot of the days? I'd like to see it if possible
Also, what kind of idiot leaves a $1m (+ growing) of coin on an exchange?
btw, I'm not complaining. If he keeps up we'll soon be at .004
