Net hash rate seems to be spreading quite nicely.
Nitro is down atm... And only a slight decrease in net hash
Yep! leetpools went from less than 400 workers yesterday to 900+ today. Well done all.  Shocked
I think thats from ultra miners backup pool

Yea, that only happens when nitro goes down. Thats how many miners have us as a backup pool. The second Nitro comes back up, they are back to 600+ Mhs.

This is getting really irritating.

Hi, those are my settings, I don know what i ve done wrong, can you help me? thx

My GPU: SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R9 280X 3GB GDDR5

TC is too low. Try 16384  Increase virtual memory if you don't have at least 8GB of DRAM. As the N-factor of this coin goes up you'll need higher TC settings and more DRAM.

-w 256 -g 2 -I 12 --thread-concurrency 16384 --no-submit-stale --lookup-gap 2 --expiry 10 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 --gpu-fan 55

someone posted this a while back, mining this coin is all about utilizing memory as much as possible. At 3gb per card your already needing to utilize system ram as a buffer. Increasing tc and changing --lookup-gap to 3 can help

yeah difficulty is increasing, mirrors the price increase. I want more coins before this crypto rockets  Cheesy

Mine another coin that is more profitable, sell it and use it to buy UTC. Buying UTC also has the benefit of pushing up the price and trading volumes

"HD7950 (1044/1500) ~100Kh/s

setx GPUMAXALLOCPERCENT 100
setx GPUUSESYNC_OBJECTS 1
ultracoinminer -o stratum+tcp://ultra.nitro.org:3337 -u xxx -p xxx --scrypt-jane --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600 -w 256 -g 2 -I 12 --thread-concurrency 16384 --no-submit-stale --expiry 10 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 "

Experimenting I found using 1044/1250 produced 104kh/s on six cards with less power.

Also using win8.1 and 8gb Ram and 64gb ssd hard drive I found that manually increasing the windows virtual memory to a high number like 20000mb produced 114kh/s . Wu is still good.

Also I have another 5gpu rig that hates mining this coin. None of these settings work without hw errors. I am sure it is the quality of the vrm or ram on the cards so when using --auto-fan I use 65-85 to make sure the vrm is not getting to hot
But setting --thread concurrency 19712 (1792 shaders x11) and --lookup-gap 3 utilized more of the available memory and hashing stable at 94kh/s around 60c
Try raising the TC to 19713 and see if things improve.

i need 290 config can anyone post it thanks?

I use these settings for r9 290

"intensity" : "18",
"vectors" : "1",
"worksize" : "64",
"lookup-gap" : "2",
"thread-concurrency" : "56320",
"temp-cutoff" : "92",
"temp-overheat" : "85",
"temp-target" : "75",

i get around 160KH/s undervolted and underclocked!

How did you undervolt it? special BIOS? thanks!

You can undervolt most r9 cards under windows using config file:

use: "gpu-vddc" : "1.027" in conf file
or in command line: --gpu-vddc 1.027

also carefully increment the voltage untill the card is stable, should be in the range of 1.000 to 1.100, most of my r9 290 card work fine between 1.025 and 1.032
it can vary for each card even if they are from the same manufacturer

+1 I
 get around 170k @ 940 mhz
bios mods

https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=12830.msg121827#msg121827

I use 1.1V @ 940 mhz found it the most efficient / watts and 10 deg temp drop
Identical rigs
modded 1.1 v 63 deg 170 WU
stock 76 deg 150 WU
both same fan speeds

was something like 200 watts per card @ 940 mhz 300 watts per card @ 1ghz 10% increase in khs but only 1% increase in WU

mobo with 2x R9 290's mining 340 WU + cpu mining 7 khs under 600 watts
