No there is still a minimum, but the ICO date should come soon so stay tuned
It has not been very popular. I don't understand why it doesn't see any interest. They got very good investment from the Pre-Sale. It's clearly they will be successful about the project but the investments? Thats I don't know.

So the real question is whether the team can deliver on the mission - a lot of it comes down to engineering / strength of tech team
