Why everyone say they are scam?Has anyone here invested in this or is it really just false claim by them?

ICO will finish in two days,any update about project,distribution from ico and bounty?

Bitcad has not updated their social account since long they have also locked their bounty thread.

What has this to do with this scam project and why don't you write it on the local board?

i don't think investors will throw their many in such a suspicious project, i think they will avoid investing in a 10% not a scam project.

When they already have funds why do they need to update here everyday rather than they can start their project development.?

The reason is very simple,new people who come here to this forum do not know much about new projects and invest in such scams and lose the money.The only thing to stop this happen is to lock this thread and bounty thread as well
