I think this is just a technical issue, as we know many users sent ticket to the team but no specific information about this issue. So far, I also have stuck withdrawal with pending status, and their response to my ticket just say to wait and will fixed this issue ASAP. Because i'm not part of the team, so I can't talk much about this problem.

I agree they should improve their support system because I have sent an email regarding my bounty payments and even I have qualified the KYC procedure and till now I didn't get any response from the team. How long it is going to take to get a reply from the Bcnex support?
