I think at least they should pay withdrawals. Already 4 days passed, but I am still waiting for small amount of Ethereum. And in this complex situation they went to break saying that they have worked a lot. It is so weird 
The problem is they don't have the liquidity to pay all outstanding withdrawals. This is a common exit strategy of most dying exchange. Your ETH withdrawal is as good as gone just like everyone else who are waiting for their own withdrawals.

Not a good sign, having their website offline without a single word coming from the CEO is enough proof that they don't have enough money to continue their exchange and just decided to pull the plug and do an exit scam.

Yes they are now still answering questions in the telegram but they could just disappear gradually, now it's been around 30 days the problem cannot be solved, the professional team will immediately solve the problem not holiday
as @Javi said, there are differences between those who handle the community (telegram community) with the core team of BCNEX.
I am quite sure that they (the community manager "telegram admin") do not even know what is really happen inside the BCNEX core team and what they (core team) real issue faced.

Exchange is down, which I never expect the website should be offline, previously they promised many times very soon they will activate the withdrawal but suddenly without any intimation how can the website is offline. Yes, there are many people kept a lot of hopes on this project.

Exactly, I couldn't access the bcnex site, but now I try to check it can be visited. The bcnex team should not let go of responsibility at a time like this when there are many unresolved issues including withdrawals that are being discussed a lot now.

The lunar new year has come to an end but there is no update from the team until now, I hope the team does not exploit Coronavirus as an excuse to extend their holiday season to do a medical checkup. I keep having a feeling the exchange has exhausted all of their money, that is why they are delaying the withdrawal payment.

First time i'm success with TRX, second time I'm success WD $50 on USDT, and till today I not getting my two WD request.

This is really very unfortunate. I thought that this exchange would be a success project, and could be one of the top exchanges. I think so, I'm very happy with this exchange at the first i know. But, last two months this project being worst. I'm trying to hold my bcnex before, but because many people complain about their withdrawal, so i decide to sell it, and try to make a WD. First time i'm success with TRX, second time I'm success WD $50 on USDT, and till today I not getting my two WD request.
