I thought that this exchange would be a success project, and could be one of the top exchanges. but with the fact that we face now. so many Withdraw cases have been delayed for several days, the team is more concerned about their holiday rather than resolving the user problems, and now the website is down without any explain or even notice it before.

There are too many problems going on here and Bcnex needs a solution to this right now because this exchange still holds some of my assets. I'm really frustrated but can't do anything else and I will definitely open a conversation with them at telegram to clarify everything. If I could withdraw, I would never return to this exchange because I was very upset when the withdrawal was delayed.

Yesterday they did maintenance on platform and I thought after that all problems with withdrawing were resolved, but it turned out that I was wrong, there were still many who had problems with withdrawing. Do you not think, why do they do maintenance if the problem can't be solved
