Hello, just to warn you the situation has been resolved peacefully with beaxy and we found an agreement

And now they got shut down by SEC - https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2023/comp-pr2023-64.pdf

If anyone kept funds in this exchange, now is the time to move it out before it's too late

Here is the announcement - https://www.beaxy.com/blog/suspension-of-services-on-beaxy-exchange/

Thank you for your support, please spread the word about this scam to let everyone know this exchange must be avoided at all cost.

If I can at least save other people money, that will be something.

I updated the ann thread with the last infos about the scam

The scam thread will stay at least to warn anyone when they search Beaxy name on google, they will find this thread and this one : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/beaxy-exchange-solved-5306688

This is so sad to see they even scammed the bounty manager of their bounty. No shame.  This exchange already looked suspicious but this is even worse than what I thought.

Thanks for the warning, I will be removing my money from this exchange and let all my friends know they should do the same and never come close to it.

Still waiting for news from them about an acceptable solution that would give me back the btc value I had in november
It seems like you have been waiting too long, I thought the issue was already solve by this time, but here you are again with this update.

I like your optimism, others could have already thought that they are scam already.

Well I spoke too soon it would seem.

Beaxy just replied to tell me I wouldnt get anything, no way they will give me my btc back and i get nothing if i dont accept as a shitty compensation to receive tokens I cant even sell to replace the btc.  So yes now I can officially say I have been scammed by Beaxy.

And thats only if I make disappear any complaint or comment calling out the scam they are. Obviously I refused their shady offer And asked them to refund me the amount of btc I Had, they refused, end of the discussions.

Here it is, they now decided to just steal my btc and thats it. They use a stupid " Contractor = insider" Excuse ( while I had 0 inside infos since i wasnt part of the team) to justify stealing funds.

That says a lot and I think now I can clearly call this exchange a scam to avoid at all cost

I try to think a pacific solution is always possible if I appeal to the good faith and reason of the other side considering they are still operating an exchange

This is soo funny!  The head beaxy shill account gets scammed by beaxy - who'd have guessed? LULZ

How ironic. I warned you but you chose to sell yourself to scammers. Tough shit.

I'm trying to work with them on a solution to refund me decently compared to what I had when I sold, we will see if they are willing to make up for this, that will change my view on this. I'll update once there are more informations.

It looks like it's a long process as you posted last January 5 this month and until now your concern has not been resolve yet. Good luck to you, I hope this site would honor your agreement and will not scam you.

Yes this is very long ( especially if you consider the situation began in november), and the solution offered instead of a refund of my btc is not really acceptable so it's gonna take even longer now to arrive to the fair and decent conclusion

TIME TO BAN THE YOBIT SCAM!!
Remember this - from nearly 2 years ago?:

Again, you keep ignoring my questions:

I'll ask a third time:

Hey, Mark Bolzern here.

Using an account that was registered on April 14th 2013 & this is the first post in nearly 6 years - seriously?  Gimme a break.

Also, I'd still like an answer to these questions please:

As for Matt? He's an amazing marketing expert and entrepreneur....

Is that why there's not a single reference to Beaxy in any of his social feeds, some of which haven't been used for 2 years? That's a different kind of "amazing marketing".

Yes, Beaxy is registered in Nevis for regulatory reasons. However the main office is in Chicago with satellite teams around the world.

What regulatory reasons would make you choose a PO Box address that's on the ICIJ offshore watchlist?  What's the address of your Chicago office?

Are we to presume that your refusal to answer is because you can't? Is that because you don't actually have an office in Chicago? Or that you've used a fake account for Mark Bolzern? Or that Matt Gallant has nothing to do with your "team"? Or anything else?

Happy memories.

Fake team, fake address, fake offices, fake everything - yet you still promoted them.

Maybe contact one of the other shill accounts you chatted with so much - one that didn't get banned already. If there are any left.

Update : For the sake of transparency, I inform you that the situation evolved and Beaxy team contacted me to try to work with me in order to find a good outcome on the matter.

I will give further updates as the situation evolves if we come to an acceptable agreement as a refund for my 0.227btc
Yes, the Beaxy team should be responsible for what happened to you sir, I think the team must be more transparent in solving this problem so that trust can return.

Yes I hope theyll be honest and just give me back the equivalent of my 0.227 btc I was going to withdraw from their exchange

WARNING : Do not use Beaxy, at any cost, they can lock your funds forever if they judge one of your tradings had an impact " Too high " On their market ( in my case a simple "impact" Of 13% with 4000 dollars worth of tokens I wanted to sell, a sell they judged too big, enough to freeze these funds forever) , a ridiculous and obviously abusive rule you see on no serious exchange and that they just use as an excuse to keep your funds.

It's my responsibility to warn the community now I discovered the true face of Beaxy and the scamming nature of their rules and the shady way they use their platform to lock users funds on their platform.

DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE if you care about your money, there is a huge risk that you would lose all your funds deposited.

Very strange rules from Beaxy, slowly showing the scam the money we have should be ours whenever we want to withdraw in my opinion is legal. not with ridiculous rules like that.

The fact that they got their ann thread creator labeling this as a scam in the topic is pretty much a nail in their coffin. I was just looking for unmoderated info about this exchange and their native token as i was wondering if i should buy it. This shows the power of having unmoderated ann thread perfectly. Thanks for the warning Aerys2!

There was a scam accusation being created already, you need to check their thread and see the latest updates.

[Beaxy - Scamming you by locking your funds for " high market impact "

don't buy for now I suggest, read carefully the scam accusation first and weigh things.
