When I try to run benjaminsd on CentOS, it gives me the following error:

Code:
/usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.15' not found (required by ./benjaminsd)

Any idea on how to fix it?

Sounds like you are missing a file. Every coin uses that so if needed you can always replace it from another coin's folder. Did you fix it yet?

Nah they just donated that's what it means

So we get paid when OUR pool finds a block, right?  Or ANY pool finds a block.

Our pool. Diff is stuck pretty right right now so it takes longer but with less people, you get more bens. Smiley

Whats the little stars next to some miners names in pool stats?  Do they get more of a share reward?  And how do I get a star?

Benjamins Pool: http://ben.hasher.ca (Pool Op: crackfoo)

Yea, I jumped on hasher pool, since they are low on hashrate at the moment, my 8gh isnt much, but it helps

Thanks!

8gh puts me at number 2 on the pool lol.

Some more people should spread the hashrates out.  hasher pool os 1% with 0% cashout of using auto payout.

Everyone will make more coins if the hashrate is more spread. If you're on PityThePool, try out one of the other ones for a few days and you'll seeyou made the same amount, if not more from having to split with fewer miners!

I use this for BEN Mining with my 2x Antminer U1:

BFGminer Settings:

-o stratum+tcp://ben.pitythepool.com:3335 -u Username -p Password -S antminer:all --set-device antminer:clock=x0781

I am on that pool with no problems, was trying to join a different pool (coinminer) but wont work there.  After seeing some issues though, I am going to stay with pity for now.

Use cgminer 3.7.2 as it's the last Scrypt Compatible Version

Drag cgminer program over to a CMD prompt Window then Enter/Copy & Paste these settings:

--scrypt -o stratum+tcp://coinminer.net:19986 -u BENaddress -p Password -I 13 --scan-time 0 --queue 0

That should work for Basic, as I use similar but more Settings included for my GPU.

* Make sure there is a space between the end of the program file and --scrypt !

BEN is not Scrypt.....

Also, just saw this post about coinminer pool:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/pool-coinminer-pool-42-httpcoinminernet19991-197906

Not comfortable mining, reports of people not being paid, and more than one, from that site.

There isnt a getting started page for the pool:

http://coinminer.net:19986/static/

http://coinminer.net:19986

Use your BEN address in your wallet as username, and any password

-o coinminer.net:19986 -u yourBENaddress -p x --queue 0 -s 1

for bfgminer?  I never used the queue flags and whatever that -s flag is???

-o coinminer.net:19986 -u yourBENaddress -p x --queue 0 --scan-time 1

unexpected extra command line arguments......

-o coinminer.net:19986 -u yourBENaddress -p x

Try that first to make sure you can connect. I've only used cgminer, but most of the commands are the same

That just opens and closes bfgminer instantly, nothing happens.

I am about to give up.  I am not finding any instructions anywhere online for using that pool with bfgminer.
