Will there be any limitations to what we are able to do with our shares? Mainly, if we are looking to divest at some point in the future, are we free to sell our shares to whomever we'd like?
Am I correct in that the shares/% of the company extends to ALL future companies as well? That is to say, will everything you roll out (casino games, sportsbetting, poker platform) be under the "Betking" brand and thus be apart of our investment? Are you willing/able to give investors a guarantee that you won't develop any product and launch it outside of the "Betking" brand? Also, will investors have any sort of meaningful voice when it comes to things like deciding what kind of product to launch and/or how much risk we're willing to take?
Lastly, on a personal note, I have many years of experience working in the poker industry so if you're serious about launching a new poker platform and are looking for a consultant, feel free to contact me privately. I know I never fail to remind you, but I was the person who suggested to you that you start a dice game on the old PRC so you know I have solid ideas.
Hi
So the shares are company shares and not bankroll shares.
So you do get a share of every product that BetKing develops or purchases or related sites, e.g. if I started a separate sports site though I would really launch it on BetKing.io. This wouldn't be shares for any future unrelated companies I might ever do. e.g.an exchange (though I don't have a real plan to do that anyway). So any Bitcoin gambling related products would be in this share.
You can't just divest your shares from the company if you mean by selling them back to me for Bitcoin.
But we will setup a trading platform either on site or with coin exchanges where shareholders can trade.
No single investor would have enough equity to make any final decisions however I would definitely listen and take on board advice from majority of people.
Hope that clears that up.
Thanks
