What's needed to bring BigUp back and how can we get it going without the old dev?

Hoping,just all holders can do now,this coin is on and off,they will only get a buzz when there's a new pump going,but after a few days,this coin is dead again and we don't know when will the next hype will be,if nobody take over this coin it's over then and so we can stop hoping.
