This is the problem of the wallet. Stand on two computers. At one(Core i7, Win7) during synchronization, it just flies out. On the second (AMD Phenom, win10) works fine.
About sent but not recieved coins you better ask from Cryptodao support, I had a similar problem with sending coins , 2 days there was nothing in my wallet and after leaving a message to support they returned my coins during 5mins.

I'm on Windows 7 - no problems with the wallet. You need to register EVERY DEPOSIT at Crypto DAO for the exchange to keep full track of all deposits.
If you get an error message from wallet " transaction too big" those coins NEVER leave your wallet.
Dev - please don't compensate in public (or at all). You will get a huge army of beggers/scamers with "lost/broken" wallets and other false BS.

When I'm in first time was deposited with a lot of small TXs and didn't register all of them, that time I had an issue and admin was helped to me. In second one I did the same but didn't any additional movements from my side. So like to say that Cryptodao support is acting quite professional and fast, as for me.
