Do bit-x master cards provide us with a account number and routing number? Also if fees arnt paid will we have to recive a brand new card when we want to reuse your service? How can cards be cancelled

You are provided with all card details (card number, name, cvv, expiration date, etc).

You can fund your card through Bit-X's internal system (using the variety of deposit methods).

If fees aren't paid, the card stops functioning and you can either reactivate it and/or order a new one (I will double check this is the case). Cards can be cancelled anytime by contacting support, please note a fee may be charged.

Alright I have now gotten up to date with everything!

All verified users were sent a debit card, free of charge, for being verified (before April 1 or close).

You were not charged for anything and won't be unless you decide to use it. Feel free to throw it away bin if you don't want to use the card.

Please reconsider inactive fee. Does making 1 ATM transaction per month waive inactive fee?

P.S. Can you also waive 1% exchange fee for BTC/LTC to USD/EUR/GBP conversion as there is already 2.5% exchange fee for USD/EUR/GBP to others currencies conversion? Thank you!

I also agree on the inactivity fee. However as far as I remember correctly, you need 5 ATM withdrawals or transactions to be considered as actively using the card. Any less than that would render the card inactive and would charge you the inactivity fee.
If you have a combined balance of over 5 BTC on your Bit-x account at any one time, you also don't have to pay the monthly inactivity fee.

From the list of restricted countries, Zimbabwe is included. However, the Law f the country accepts the use of Mastercards in their banking system. Also the US Economic Sanctions towards is only for a few Targetted  Individuals(Politicians), and not the whole country, So We as ordinary Zimbabweans are appealing for the shipping of your cards to Zimbabwe.

wow Shocked 0.02BTC + 3% per ATM withdrawall!! ..definitely, the fee/commision are toooo high! !  Undecided

The fees are less than selling for cash on localbitcoins and you don't have the hassle of finding and then waiting for someone.
pos transactions 0.01BTC very unusable  tooo high  Sad

I usually use the card for larger transactions where $2 isnt a huge amount.

I'll let the team know about this anyway, thanks.

I didn't order a mastercard, but received one today...?
What should I do with it? I won't use it enough for it to be worth my while, especially as there are charges for not using it..

It doesn't make much sense. Why do they have your address if you haven't ordered it?
I verified my account with them so that I can use them for trading and mining.
I didn't order a mastercard though

I got my bit-x (not x-bit) debit card (even 2 of them!) which I really did NOT order. What does it mean? Do I need to pay those mad fees?  Angry

Corrected your quote, it's bit-x not x-bit.

How did you get them in the first place if you did not order them?

Nothing is charged (nothing will work) unless you activate your card in your account.

Sorry for the typo. I hoped you will tell me how it's possible. I had no activity on the exchange during the last 3 months so you can understand how surprised I was when I spotted the letter(s) with the card(s).

I'll look into it and see if this actually happened.
