According this sheet, even I'm part of the BIT-X sig campaign, I still need to pay "Embossed name", "DHL Delivery" and (inactive)Monthly fee? it's about a .5BTC fee to get this card?
If you'd like your card with your name embossed you will have to pay the fee for it, correct.
Delivery by regular post is free. DHL delivery is if you'd like the card as soon as possible (extremely fast delivery).
The inactive monthly fee is only charged if you do not use the card at least once in an entire month.
That brings the price to 0.05BTC if you aren't part of the signature campaign, 0.00BTC if you're part of the campaign, 0.15BTC if you'd like your name embossed and aren't part of the campaign, 0.1BTC for the card and your name embossed if you are part of the campaign. Finally, there is the 0.05BTC activation fee to be paid.
