Is this coin legit or pure scam?
BTG is a pure scam. Its premine was large and unexpected.
BTG failed to provide the solution so that we can consider it as another scam project who used Bitcoin name to take advantage of big support and get listed on big exchanges. This is clone of BTC and it has no future due to very slow time and nobody interested to use this network.
Please correct me if I am misunderstanding something here. What is the purpose of this coin when it isn't getting used and after looking at its explorer to see the number of transactions I don't see anything important here. It saw support being listed easily on big exchanges but still didn't show anything significant which gives justification of it.

Are there plans for a Bitcoin Gold Mac wallet at some point in the near future. I am not very happy about the combination of private keys and web browsers.

Although BTG started its journey being the third most popular BTC or just the second most prominent BTC fork
Now there are too many forks competing each other and a lot of new ones coming along such a BTC Atom.
I think Bitcoin Gold also lost its significance and did not win at the right time when it had a lot of press around it.
Bitcoin Cash on the other hand took full advantage of the hype and plus there was a corporate push.

I'm trying to debug our pool by mining testnet blocks, but I can't find any testnet nodes to get the bitcoingold client working. Does anyone know of any working testnet nodes that I can connect to?
