It was suggested to me that we use this opportunity to rebrand the coin. This would be a good idea since the old blockchain will still exist and will still run. The coin swap is voluntary for those that want to get on a new chain to get masternodes.
what do you guys think?
I want to keep the same logo, but we could change the name.
Perhaps just call it Bitcurrency Pro or something like that?

Masternodes and anon features, would really make this coin go alive. Maybe swapping it to a pivx clone or smth would do the job?

I agree. The current price is enough for me to stock up on a few. Let's wait to see if Tokyo can get a developer to come aboard. MN coins are in heavy demand recently, and with active development and a community, we could really get things going here.
As far as the ROI post above, I think that the coin would be swapped to a new chain . . and the ROI would change. Am I correct here? Because MN's would drastically change the ROI of staking the coin. I sure think so. Continuing to follow this thread.

I see this as a ground floor investment.
It would be wise to put a small amount in cold storage and see if any updates arise in the near future.

Hi guys. So, as of now, the wallet works fine for staking? And the plan is to get in contact with the dev to add MN's? Or are you looking to get control of the coin? I have about 100k now and am thinking of buying some more. I went through some history of the coin here and think that this could be a good project to get involved in,
yes the wallet works fine for staking. I have been in contact with a dev who is willing to do a new wallet for a coinswap. You don't have to swap your coins you can stay on the old chain. The new chain is to get masternodes going and give people an option. However the old chain will not be developed by me, the focus will be on the new chain with masternodes because that is what people want.

I think 100k is too much.When the price raise a little not many people will be able to invest for masternode because the price will be very very high.Except if it has shares like Mue.

based on 100k masternode the price in USD is about $52. There are networks with masternodes that are worth thousands of dollars. The free markets will sort them selves out but if you buy 100k BTCR for $52 bucks betting that it could be worth $520 or even $5200 in the future, I don't see a problem with that.
The other issue with have a low cost to entry for masternodes is that you end up with too many masternodes fighting over scraps, to the point were you get low returns and its not even worth the time and effort.
Knowing what I know now, i wish I had bought a CRW or TX or even a EXCL masternode when they were selling for peanuts.

I will watch this coin because it seems like a interesting project. I have to give more attention to undervalued coins like this one with good past and ongoing development but still low in price and far behind others at coinmarketcap.
