Yes, there are two mining pools ready which will be listed on the website soon along with Bithereum's mining pool:

Yes, mining will begin around Dec 28th. We'll be taking the hard-spoon snapshot of Ethereum tomorrow (Dec 12th) and will be announcing the block number we will be forking off of Bitcoin within the next two days. It'll be approx. 2,000 blocks from a Bitcoin block height tomorrow which will estimate the mainnet launch ~Dec 28th then mining will be begin.

This coin will go to POS coin?? why not dev made POW&POS when everybody can have option to mining and stake .or made new algo

POS for me it like mining solo more hash more block /more coin stake more block ...for small amount coin to hard find block when diff high ..but miner with low hash still can get some coin on share pool

POS coin not have pool to share small coin to get everyday coin Yes, this coin will start as PoW then shift to PoS. We will be leveraging various opcodes and creating new opcodes to mimic a Casper-like PoS model. Upon it's introduction, it'll first be like you said, a PoW/PoS hybrid, but overtime will get closer and closer to pure PoS until it finally is.
It'll take some time to develop/implement which is why we're starting as PoW first, but you can check out our full Proof of Concept on implementing PoS on our Medium blog here: https://medium.com/bithereum-network/bithereums-proof-of-stake-concept-b06899fa4950
Also, I'm sure there will be pools for staking just as there are with mining, and we're even starting to see the preparation for Ethereum staking pools, such as Rocket Pool: https://www.rocketpool.net.

Hi all, we have officially announced the date of our hard-spoon snapshot of the Ethereum blockchain, December 12th! This will lock in the BTH allocation for ETH holders based on the ETH:BTC ratio at the time and we will announce the Bitcoin block we will be forking off of. Once this is completed, the mainnet build will be pushed live so that miners and people running full nodes will be able to begin syncing. The hard-fork will occur approximately 2 weeks after the hard-spoon (~Dec 27th) , and mainnet will be live!
