First, the topic should be closed forever because newly-created topics by devs recent weeks. It should also be closed / locked to avoid miscommunication and fuds in the future.
second, Stock.exchange finished integration procedure somedays ago (maybe 2-3 days, I don't remember exactly). For now, traders can buy/sell their SUM coins on the exchange without issues.

Two questions here:
1) I note on the telegram wallet, there is a note 'obsolete', does anyone knows what that means ? Does it mean my coins will be gone ?
2) I tried to send 1,000,000 bitsum from my telegram wallet to my local wallet ( cli based windows wallet), however, only 100 coins are received, is that an expected behavior ?

You can check on the first page of this ANN. The maximum number of coins is about 184 billion.
Actual number of indivisible units M = 2 64 - 1. The minimum award can be calculated in the future with inflation of less than 1% in order to keep interest in miners mining.

I see telegram BITSUM wallet isn't functional at the moment. Dev is working on it. The cli wallet works though. Command in cli wallet is just "address" I believe.
