Where did you see maintenance on bitcoin wallet?
Only thing I see is the same thing you wrote - "Confirmations temporarily increased to 6 due to BIP-91" it means you will have to wait 6 confirmations before your deposit become balance.

Somebody traded my account, yet even if he/she did, there was no withdrawal, so btc should be in my wallet, yet it isn't.
These are very serious things and the amount of money was by no means small, so I would like to get this sorted,
before I start contacting authorities.

Been using this exchange for like half year already with no problems at all (except maybe higher fees than polo which I am wondering why Huh

). I am slowly transferring most of my funds. It would be great if an app for phones is available to make it easier.

And I am waiting by the way for trex official statement to its users on bitcoin's possible split.

Any chance you guys could reduce your deposit confirmations required for waves ?

20 is absurd. Other sites usually do it in 2-3 at the most. I hate having to wait for 40 mins like bitcoin confirmations just to be able to sell during a price drop.

after 2 days i try to withdraw my $50 and again, account disabled, i write on the same ticket:

I need a solution, still don't understand why my account is locked. The way i used your site was:

1.-Open an account
2.-Had to change my password because your engine was fucked up
3.-Make a $50 depo to test the site
4.-Account blocked for exchange and for withdraw
5.-wait 2 days for the unlock, and see it still blocked.
6.-Deal with the worst support ever. (is easy for them to copy paste and forget the ticket)

So, i need a solution. Hope you can help me.

When I write about missed 0.007 to support - they send me links you FAQ after 3 days. It is all.

The balance for your address on the block explorer should still show around .005 ETH which can be used in the future. The other ETH would have gone to the ETH network for the send of ETH to our wallet when we credit your balance.

The minimum for ETH has been lowed to any amount greater than .05 ETH.
