In order to better protect our customers and comply with Slack policy, Bittrex Slack invites will only be available to users whose accounts have been Enhance Verified.  The Slack team and Bittrex have created this requirement to help eliminate  spam, phishing, and general abuse.

I've not logged on to check but I guess if you have an Enhanced account there will/might be a slack link on you setting page.

initially my account type is BASIC, but now down to NEW and "DAILY WITHDRAWAL LIMIT 0 BTC".
I have several times sent a ticket but did not get a solution.
this problem is already 1 month more but no solution, this is very disappointing

Richiela please do me a favor and ask your support team to answer to my tickets.
I'm waiting 9-10 days already and my coins are stuck.

I don't have money to pay for my things and to be honest the problem is kinda made by both sides - me and Bittrex.

After filling up the enchanted verification I sent it and received a message that my name doesn't match the basic verification information.
But I wasn't asked to fill up the basic verification so I wasn't aware of the situation.

Enchanted verification system was trying to match name "NULL NULL" with my enchanted verification name ^_^.
I think you should add a warning before sending the enchanted verification - something like "Please make sure basic verification is completed before sending enchanted verification."


The problem for me is that I have most of my coins on Bittrex and now I'm not really able to pay my bills because of that situation.

Please support me ^_^

Same here. I think they are insolvent. Probably got hacked and trying to hush it up.

Yesterday I withdraw 0.02 btc and after this bittrex limited me from 0.025 btc to 0 btc.

Not banned but they just limited me from 1337 BTC to 0.025 BTC without warning - which is the scammy part. We knew/feared that forced verification was going to happen eventually but not giving a heads-up is just a scammy thing to do.

After 3 years and 7 months of use I might as well just close my account.
