I got my account blocked and have gone through all the hoops to get verified. Had no issues on that.
However that's been at least two monthes ago, and later on the abroad traders got hitten badly. Blocked by geolocation alone, which is plain wrong to do it like that. Without beeing affected myself that has made me withdraw merely out of precautions!

No, you cannot withdraw at all with a new account:

This all came into effect yesterday on my account. So, I went through their verification processes and they still will not let me have my money back.

I have the same question exactly.. i had my account since 2013.. they changed me from legacy unlimited, to 0.025 without any notice.. then from 0.025 to 0 yesterday.. This is highway robbery.

I am pissed! They got me yesterday too. I just withdrew a few days ago and tried to withdraw again last night after depositing to make a trade yesterday but it states that my account is "new." I tried to upgrade to basic again but it denied me. So, I went ahead and submitted all my documents because I was just going to withdraw and never give them my business again, but they still refused to give me my money. Support wont respond ---> I went through this with Cryptsy too and that didn't end well. I am pretty sure that Bittrex will be closing their doors soon ---> This is no small matter!

as u can see from my name, these are the exchanges that did this to me including cryptsy but cant have more characters to make the name.

You should ask support to reset basic info. Otherwise you will not be able to pass EV automatically.

I totally agree. I think Bittrex should at least restore a minimum withdrawal amount for non-verified accounts. To reduce it to zero was nothing but a money grab.
