This is how BTW algorithm will work after consensus updates:
(New) - 40% of the delegate's income will go to the Budget of DAO.
(New) - 60% of the delegate's income will go to delegate, but from now, every delegate will have a list of those who voted for him, and he will decide - how many people in his TOP list will get his rewards (BTW), as well as reward amount. Well, If the dev has done the rebranding then the ANN thread should also contain the word at BitWhite and not the BitcoinWhite.
