We would love to get to know the Chinese BC community better. I hang out on QQ now and then and they are enthusiastic.
Even thoguh, I'd like us to plan/think of how to get the message out or promoting BC also in China
The BlackCoin community has already started! I love that BLK has a large Chinese community we didn't really know about and that we're already working to connect better with them.

Before the big BTC bubble this past December, BTC and LTC spent months being "stable". LTC actually just kept slowly dropping from May to November. You should have seen the doom and gloom that was around in August/September with LTC prior to the bubble when it was trading at $1.80 or less (and I believe bottomed out at $1.10). In the case of LTC, those who stuck with it in those times were by far the most rewarded in the end. 
I will definately stick with it !
(Especially since I bought most of my BC at 0.000425) lol
But I really believe the next BTC wave is coming, so let's hope BC will follow in LTC's footsteps when the time comes !
If BTC bursts again to $5000, that's $1 per blackcoin at 20K satoshis. Now if, as we expect, BC rises in value to 100K sats or more, and BTC bubbles up again...well a price of $5 to $10 per blackcoin is very reachable.

When it breaks up, it will be just as violent if not more so then the run up to 94k. A run to 200k sats is well within the possibility for this coin.
When I said that we should "stop with the hope that we'll be rich in 5 minutes" I should have been clearer and posited that we shouldn't have this as the end game. I think many of us would find the occassional 'run to 200k' welcome, for the time and energy and faith we invest ;]
Well I think a run up to 200k is inevitable, it might break it, it might not, but BC should hold above 100k sats from then on. This is still well before mass adoption so massive runs shouldn't scare anyone.
Only more active wallets will stabilize this currency fully. I'm talking 1 million wallets, which is about 100x the current amount.

You act like buy walls like this are good? People often put huge fake buy walls like this up so that people think the price is about to be pumped but in all actuality they just want you to think that so that you put buy orders in front of their buy wall and they can sell at a higher price... Same thing often happens on the way down.. If you see clearly fake and huge sell walls it is usually a sign people want to push the price down to buy cheaper (if they were actually selling they would not be trying to push the price down, they would quietly and slowly sell off without leaving sell walls up on the order book which only keep the price from rising or even push it down thereby diminishing their profits), if you see clearly fake and huge buy walls it is a sign people want to push the price up to sell higher (if they were actually buying they would not be trying to push the price up, its not like anybody is ever going to push the price up to buy higher...). Don't fall for traps. Either way, it is gone now. Which is good imo, walls that big scream manipulation.

I really don't think the price is being held down, at least not by anything other than the normal whale games on altcoins.
You have to consider that once a coin is a top 10-15 cryptocurrency, the market changes a lot. Hype and 'good news' don't make the market jump like crazy like it does in lower value altcoins. And on a more stable, successful currency, day traders aren't looking for huge gains. They are happy to take a 5-10% gain on something like BlackCoin because there is a much lower risk that they'll lose a significant amount than the risk on low-value, speculative coins. This makes it harder for the market to make significant moves without really good reason.
That's not to say BlackCoin won't make signficant gains fast. It just takes more real, concrete value to readjust the market after a coin already has a baseline of success. Simple hype won't do it. There is a great recent example: Darkcoin traded sideways between 125k-150k for well over a month. I was holding some the entire time and I followed it fairly closely. The tech and plan for the coin was well publicized the whole time. It was clear that the developer was skilled enough to implement it. There were great things happening in the community. But the price stayed level. I saw a lot of posts from people frustrated by it - they saw value being added yet the price didn't move. But then the anonymous sending came out of beta. Shortly after, Dark has gained over 400% in one week and is now trading around 550-600k. The market barely reacted to news or hype for over a month. It reacted when enough concrete value was added that it made DRK obviously undervalued, and market adjusted quickly.
I think BlackCoin may be in a similar situation. We have some of the strongest development forces I've seen in altcoins. Real value is being added every day. All the fundamentals are excellent. We have a top developer. This coin has huge potential. I don't know when, but I think there will come a point very soon when the market finds BLK to be very, very undervalued.

As a real crypto fan, a steady price makes me nervous, because I'm not used to it.
Stability ( steady growth, which is what BC is showing over the wider timeline ) is the only way we will take this technology out to a wider audience.
No merchant is likely to bet their business on a widely fluctuating currency, if there's a chance that the money they make today will be worth half in real terms tomorrow.
To achieve stability we need to broadcast far and wide news like Coinkite adoption etc etc etc, and stop with the hope that we'll be rich in 5 minutes. If you need to take profits, take what you need on the highs, plus maybe a bit more to plough back in on the lows, but make sure you leave some in for that 'who knows what might happen' moment in the future.

We don't want BC to be another pump & dump coin, so why not keep the price stable untill there is an ACTUAL reason for the price to go up (i.e. new development, big investor, groundbreaking news, etc.) and then let it find a new level, settle and keep it stable again.
This is ofcourse not a good strategy for the adrenaline junky traders (i'm detoxing...), but it might just be THE BEST strategy for investors who actually want BC to succeed.
