Is there a possibility to stake BLK in a pool somewhere ?

I mean something legit, not a shadow company Cheesy

I have a few in my wallet and I stake from time to time, but I wouldn't be against a little more regularity Cheesy

It would be difficult to do in a safe way as your private key is needed to mine a block. The simplest way to increase regularity is to… buy more BLK. Wink

interesting stuff
are you planning for payment processor for stores ?
i want to open a store and accept BLK

Support for arbitrary payments is being considered, although it is not a feature planned for the initial release.

The upcoming Paspagon payment processor, which allows anyone to sell any file, has activated BlackCoin and Bitcoin payments (previously it had been operating only on Bitcoin Testnet). A few example files are available. This is not an official beta release yet, but a pre-release intended for community feedback and testing.

Yep, tides are rising  Cool

yeah i also see them rising , Hope to get a good return from this old altcoin.
In polonix market i see that sellers are rigit on the price and buyers have to increase the ask to buy the blackcoin , this is really good for blackcoin.

Yeah in some cases using the bootstrap file is alot quicker and easier with the different forks and staking policies blackoin has gone through.

but i never use a bootstrap due to an untainted blockchain when downloading it yourself ... if it comes from a trusted source - it should be no issue - as they would not normally be the ones to taint or damage or provide a bootstrap that is malicious in any way ...

but the safe way is always the longest ...

the sync finished shortly after i commented with the previous details ...

i just hope the problem of blockckain being stuck isnt because of anything malicious ... possibly a small issue somewhere along the line ...

does anyone know how many official FULL nodes are operational for the blk network? ... if any at all? ...

#crysx

good choice... trust no one. only the coin's main net
i synced few weeks ago without any issue. forwarding blackcoin's TCP port to my wallet box helped a lot (besides it helps the coin's network)

it is the safest way ...

forwarding of ports helps - but is only one of the things required to run a 'full node' ...

the conf file requires certain parameters to ensure that the wallet you have open is to allow FULL access to the network for full access to the blockchain services ... and should be active 24 / 7 ...

so what i ask is how many of these wallets that are open are actual NODES ...

im curious as to how many out there are providing services to the blk network - and how many are 'just' staking ...

Yeah in some cases using the bootstrap file is alot quicker and easier with the different forks and staking policies blackoin has gone through.

but i never use a bootstrap due to an untainted blockchain when downloading it yourself ... if it comes from a trusted source - it should be no issue - as they would not normally be the ones to taint or damage or provide a bootstrap that is malicious in any way ...

but the safe way is always the longest ...

the sync finished shortly after i commented with the previous details ...

i just hope the problem of blockckain being stuck isnt because of anything malicious ... possibly a small issue somewhere along the line ...

does anyone know how many official FULL nodes are operational for the blk network? ... if any at all? ...

good choice... trust no one. only the coin's main net
i synced few weeks ago without any issue. forwarding blackcoin's TCP port to my wallet box helped a lot (besides it helps the coin's network)
