It's time that blackcoin gets more independent.
We need USD/BLK markets on the big exchanges. The black fruit is mature for that

Exco.in already has NuBits market, why not also add USD/EUR market?
I personally never liked all the BTC and LTC markets where you loose 3 times more money if market collapses.
I don't even like POW coins anymore

They are gone, most of the stolen alt coins were moved over christmas and dumped on the markets, the BTC has gone in Ryan Kennedys pockets. Doubt any of us will ever see that money again even if Kennedy gets punished for his crimes

I've just picked up this coin and I am aware of the symbol rebranding. My question is I'm getting BLK coins but they don't show in my wallet which only shows BC. Will the coins I'm getting appear when the wallet GUI is updated? I'm using the windows v1.1.2.35 wallet.
Do the online wallets support the BLK symbol?

Its the same coin BC = BLK. Just BLK is now the official version. Its all cosmetic, not a different coin. The blockchain is the same. So if your not getting your coins then check that you are synced. Have you looked up the transaction on blockchain explorer?
Personally i prefer BC to BLK but whatever

i ended up on this thread trying to find the answer to this as well.
Was the symbol offically changed from BC to BLK?
Chinese like BLK much more because of some symbolic meanings. And i would also say that BitCoin could be named BC as well if it wasn't already named BTC, so BLK is perfect.
