Is the API from Novaexchange broken? I don't get any information about buy and sell orders. Last trades were 6 hours ago. No information about volume. Only the price is still up to date.

anyone has issue with alerts on android? yesterday and today i set up 6-7 alerts but after the price target has been reached only one yesterday worked and after a delay of 4-5 minutes, i don't know what do to i use the app only for this...

Planning to change my iphone. How to move all the blockfolio data to my new device? Any backup feature? Export-import?
AFAIK , i doubt they already have an internal features for back-up , you still can use external backup apps.Surprisingly, I just had to reset my phone (thanks Facebook!) and was surprised to find my portfolio data still intact when I reinstalled Blockfolio. HOWEVER, now I can't modify or delete anything for some reason. When I try to modify holdings, delete a coin, etc. I get "Unable to save transation. Please try again later." or "Unable to delete. Please try again later." I even deleted the app again, rebooted, reinstalled, it still had my portfolio but still can't modify or delete. Any suggestions? TIA.
Don't know if you are talking about android or ios, but I doubt you did a full reset! Some files were keeped in the data directories.
In android you have a folder in Android/data/com.blockfolio.blockfolio if you delete that you reset the App.
For iPhone you need to wait for someone who knows better than me

But if you use Android, go to Settings -> Apps -> Blockfolio -> Storage -> Clear Data + Clear Cache

Don't know if you are talking about android or ios, but I doubt you did a full reset! Some files were keeped in the data directories.
In android you have a folder in Android/data/com.blockfolio.blockfolio if you delete that you reset the App.

I whish there was a function "tap&hold circle to see portfolio value". Had it more than once that someone tried to look above my shoulder

For now I think BlockFolio is the best by far!Thanks!
It depends on what you want, there are some apps that import your portfolio from the exchanges or wallets (if that is something you want).
I think Trackr is an app that could be successful but it has a long way to catch up with blockfolio.

I have a question..when I look into the Book in the app (buy and sell orders), I can see bolded trades (on Bittrex).Are the bolded trades from the Blockfolio owner?
LOL, Blockfolio owner has nothing to do with ledger.
Big orders shown as bold AFAIK.

love this app and would be happy to pay for it. i have one question and one suggestion.
there's something wrong with the "24 hour change" data in the top right of the screen. for the last couple of weeks it's had my portfolio increasing by hundreds of percent every day. that would be brilliant obviously but it's wrong. i've generally been 1-15% up or down from one day to the next. is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
the app would be perfect if it had a backup function. my workaround is to screenshot each "holdings" page for each of the coins in my portfolio. anyone have a better way?

Hi can you please update to the latest version of the app if you haven't ready. And then on the Settings screen click the Repair Chart option. After doing so the 24hr change should work normally after a day or two.
thanks for the tip. i can't see a Repair Chart option on the settings screen. i'm using the iphone version.
the settings menu lists Share Blockfolio, App Store Rating and Review, Send Feedback, Currency Settings, Change Log, Copy Device ID and Terms of Use & Privacy.

Hi devs. Very useful and convenient app. But I missed some features. The first one is synchronization. If it will there won't be questions about import-export, backup and so on. And it allows to make (second feature) web interface which is much more convenient to manage the portfolio.
