Did anyone experienced in the past 3 days slow to no refreshing of the prices? Sometimes some altcoin prices were stuck or were last refreshed 1-3 hours ago.

Or only I had that problem?

I'm, and very much hating it up.

Let's see if we can get a fast fix update for it.

Yes, the developers had problems with the servers.
They are working on it. I've read it on the telegram group.

Yes, the developers had problems with the servers.
They are working on it. I've read it on the telegram group.

dev team, it's very necessary to make "backup" option

I don't want to overcompliment ourselves but I think they're a bit afraid to launch the backup/export option since Delta (https://getdelta.io) came along. It would make it much easier for lots of BF users to make the switch, so I'm guessing this is why they quietly ditched the plan to do this. Or they're looking for a way that doesn't expose the data to the users.

And truth be told, we'd probably would offer a way for users to then import their data to Delta. But we'll also allow for data export (in CSV format) soon, which would mean they can do the same basically. But hey, we're not here to judge their business, I understand their reasoning. Smiley

They mentioned user accounts several times already. We'll have to see whether the data can be exported.

Yeah, indeed. Their Privacy Policy has been mentioning user accounts as well for a while now.

Yeah I just lost my token (or token changed) and ALL my data. I have had Blockfolio since the first week it was out.
Did I just lose all my data ?

Also can't enter any new coins

You should join Telegram http://telegram.blockfolio.com and ask "Bockfolio Harold". He might be able to help you.

I have a problem with removing the token from my portfolio. The usual way of opening it and pressing garbage can icon doesn't work. Any other way to remove the token in blockfolio? Anyone had similar problems?

i got that problem too. i'm using iphone, maybe the reason for this problem is the iPhone.

Nope, I am using latest version of android on samsung galaxy s6. It has to be some account related problem.

User accounts are coming.  Until then, we can move/restore your portfolio for you using your token/device ID.

Very nice! I'm glad to see the devs are listening to the community. I lobbied for the Add/Deduct Tx from BTC balance feature which was added as of the last update. Happy!! Cheesy

I have been using Blockfolio for over a month, and must admit that this app is awesome for tracking your portfolio. However, few features like the following should be added:

-option for deletion of old days data (or its edition) should be created along with account registration/login system.
-option for requesting of new altcoin addition, like right now I'd like HERO/PLAY token to be added.

Nice one!! I agree with this one too.

Usually the dev's are the ones you contact blockfolio to list coins.
In the case of HERO/PLAY they do not won't it yet in blockfolio! They think won't bring any value!

there is a problem that I encounter frequently in these intervals. I would like to mention this. the prices were updated in advance after the first entry. but after logging in for the last 1 week I need to turn the screen off and on several times. then the prices are only updated. I do not know what can be done about it, but I do not know if there is a problem with it.



You might mean the same thing I noticed. Before, the prices would update when you open the app. It doesn't do that any more on my device, so each time I open the app, I have to drag my entire portfolio list down from the top and release it. The app then refreshes all prices.

This might work for you as well.. it's an easier fix than turning the screen off and on several times Smiley
