We have just noticed that Bittrex has updated their Api system, so users who have Bittrex in their portfolio will experience issues loading those coins. We are working to have an update released Asap. Thanks for your patience!
they announced it at least a month agoso thats the reason why it wont update prices

We have finished updating the app and the update should be live on the playstore in about 1-2 hours.

You guys need to add it in IOS asap.

Hi jt7382,
I've sent you a message regarding this issue, but i'll also post it here in case others may be experiencing the same problem.
The first thing I can think of checking is the internet connection, make sure you can connect to other websites. Then try to exit the app, and relaunch. It might take a while to load all the prices if you have a lot of coins added. If you get a message saying unable to load prices, just wait maybe 2-5 seconds and then hit refresh. Hopefully that will work for you.
If that doesnt work, please let me know what coins you have added (also include the exchange if you don't mind). And also which version of the app.
I hope to have this issue resolved for you soon, sorry for the inconvenience,thank you for your patience and support!
*edit: there is also the possibility that one of the websites the app is pulling data from is down or running a little slow, in which case the waiting a few seconds and then refreshing should do the trick.
