What if the you don't get much attention from the community? it was stated that one of your solution to fight fraud and hidden advertising fees is through the spread of word.
I always look with your reply but until now I never get your point. Will you please elaborate your opinion?
When we say "spread of word", it is not actually saying to other people or posting in a social media site, it about how the community will share their good experience in the community. The satisfaction of the customers will lead them to persuade other people to try the service of Bob's repair. Bob's repair will now advertising without fees. Promotions came from the heart of the consumer.
So how can you tell us that many people will not get the attention of Bob's repair if the project itself helps to boost their name. Whom did not enjoy for a fast and reliable skilled workers? If yes, they are the old contractors who gave a big hidden costs to the customers.
Have you read their whitepaper? what you are saying is a review and what i am saying is about their plan to solve fraud, hidden advertising fees, and inflated cost through advertisement of their bob application from different sources. Here is a statement coming directly from the whitepaper of bob's repair.

Those customers from STWP is not from bob technically but rather from their predecessor company.
Look at what you are asking, "what if you don't get much attention from the community?". You are referring to the review system of Bob's repair. I read already the whitepaper of Bob's repair and it is indicated each of the problem and its solution. Well, if you already read it. The consumer will leave a review using Bob's application.
We knew that STWP is a successful project of two Prandecki brothers but they did not yet solve the problem. Fortunately, they encounter blockchain technology and I guess blockchain technology is what you are searching for because the use of blockchain technology will ease the review fraud and help to solve the advertising and hidden costs which are the great problems of the customers.

I am not your enemy brother, I just want to have brainstorming because the Bob's repair has potential and we must care about the usage of it. The credibility of the services of this project.
I think we have different thought/understanding so far of the solution they plan to fight those fraudulent acts of some contractors, in my point of view the solution it self is the bob application, what i am asking is if they can't spread the word regarding bob's repair app, do they have alternative for that?
I just want a feedback regarding this, this is not only for me but for those users here that is interested in this project.
