Do you have some proof to share about this statement? I'm not going to defend c-cex, but I want confirmation that we do not just rush into words here.
Just read what users are saying about this exchange in previous posts regarding XVG heist they did in December. You can make up your mind by yourself. I'm not here to influence anyone.

Hello. There are some issues on C-CEX exchange, they are already working to solve this problem. We don't add C-CEX exchange to Bonpay page on coinmarketcap.com, so it will not influence the price. We are deeply sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
Did you reach out to them so that they listed you or did they do it just by themselves? I can't recommend them at all. Too many problems in the past.

They are somewhat comparable to Yobit in that there is most likely a lot of manipulation going on on their end. I haven't touched them in a while after I had an account closed for no reason and didn't get a response for months. Once I got a response and my issue was resolved, the coins I held on there were pretty worthless. To be fair though I don't know how they operated in the recent past, but there was a huge issue with XVG.
