BON had huge buys in the last days between 8-12k sats, that's a good sign for growing in the next days/weeks when the BTC panic is over.
And like you stated they have a nice budget now if they havn't sold most of the ICO tokens + are matching pretty much every point here:

So they are one of the best candidates for Binance imo...
Also they are working with several exchanges, quote from bonpay.com:" We corporate with
