It looks like dev just wants to play around with this project.
If the team was committed to the forum they would have provided updates frequently and even the token would have been listed on a decent exchange with some volume.Whats the point with just token distribution rather than no update on any mode of communication.Telegram group also seems to be just quit with people complaining of not receiving the bounty.

its not worth to dump with the of .00007 eth.. also, the worst thing is that the team has no updates, maybe that is why some people preferred to dump rather than holding..

It's useless getting bitcad if there is no exchange, already more than 1 month bitcad has not been listed in major exchange forget this coin and for investors do not cry. If bitcad dev is not a scam maybe he is willing to pay some bitcoin to be listed in exchange but this is not, it looks like investor money is used to buy luxury housing and some sports cars 
Why theres no exchange now? Maybe bitcad is not a scam. Maybe their taking there time to process everything let's just wait a little bit. maybe other some time they will announce it.
