All these questions are covered in a very unclear matter in ann thread, site, whitepaper. You should work on it to attract more investors/money.

1. There are 500 million tokens for sale so that is the max cap.
2. Ico to first week of November
3. Shortly after Ico ends.
4. No token gives you this answer.

The strong point of this project is its whitepaper you need to download and read the whole concept of the roadmap to fully understand or you can follow this thread and their website so you'll be updated from time to time.

There's really a demand for this kind of project, and with the kind of team on board, this project can and will succeed what are written in their roadmap glad to be on board here and I'm 100% sure the coming ico is going to be a huge success.
