After theirs server maintenance when loading pages for any of trading pairs(http://www.btc38.com/trade_en.html) on english site version ,Buy/Sell orders and Recent history cant load at all,just show Loading... indefinetely.
But pages loading fine on chinese site version.Flushed DNS,cleared history,but still the same problem.
Does anybody else who trading on BTC38 english site version has same problems???

I'm on day 7 plus a few hours.... 1.32 BTC sitting there missing out on all the good ALT coin climbs. It would be nice to have that 7 to 15 day waiting period more prominently displayed on their exchange so people like me don't get stuck watching their money rot...

It appears there is a long wait period. Like 5 days or so? It takes several hours to deposit too... and they award 101% of your deposit which means they might do some sort of arbitrage with your coin before you get it.
I haven't successfully withdrawn because 1 litecoin is the minimum and I didn't meet that with my test transfer.

Is the other websites like poloinex or shapeshift banned in china? Why would anyone use btc38 instead of a good exchange is beyond me . Is it like its chinese, I am chinese, I should use this type of national thing?

waiting for pending withdrawl due to chinese policy, you can receive your btc after 7-15 days (so sad to know), after 12 days of waiting the site seems weird..

Finally I found someone who speak English there, Ken,
Who gave me his personal email address [email protected]
I described the problem with screenshots,
and now the "engineers are resolving..." as they say
So now we can relax.
* He also suggested to use a browser called 'baidu' that solves a lot of problems with btc38,
But this time the problem is general and this browser is not helping.
After a night without sleeping,
