I invested 0.1 btc in IPO on stage 2, but recieved only 100 BCC.When the remaining part will be sent? More than 24 hours have passed after launch.
Stage 2 was @0.001 BTC/BCC
So 0.1/0.001 = 100 BCC (which is what you have received)
100 BCC can sell for 0.16240500 btc on bittrex
Yes. The aim of having a fixed price was to avoid any dumping from investors and at the same time give them a slight advantage!

Windows wallet keeps dying while trying to sync...
Try this:
1) Close Wallet.
2) Backup if necessary
3) Delete appdata
4) Restart wallet
same problem.
your method did not help

Try this:
1) Close Wallet.
2) Backup if necessary
3) Delete appdata
4) Restart wallet
