Hey guys check out this BS! It's a total rip off of BitQuark https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/litequark-ltq-quark-algo-less-than-1-premine-2659390

They are even using the same rpcport as BTQ. They totally cloned BTQ and only changed the name to LiteQuark (LTQ)....REALLY?!?!?!

wallet windows error,not open.
"you need to rebuild the databases using -reindex to change-txindex"

Since you have "txindex=1" in your bitquark.conf file, it wants to rebuild your blockchain so that it will be indexed. Nothing to worry about. You can either remove "txindex=1" or just allow it to index your blockchain.

It typically takes 30 seconds per confirmation and you need 7 confirmations total. Do you have a transaction ID and does it show up in the block explorer?

So, I've been wondering why BTQ net hash rates have been through the roof lately. Did a search for "Quark ASIC miner" and found Baikal (http://www.baikalminer.com/mobile/).  Answered my own question.  Undecided

This led me to revisit Quark Coin. Seems the Chinese government has shut down Bter and BTC38 where it was being traded. BleuTrade which is still operating has delisted Quark. Those were the only three exchanges listed at http://www.quarkcoins.com/quark-exchanges.html.  I found only one exchange still trading QRK in Thailand but that one is not listed at quarkcoin.com.  So, for all intents and purposes, QRK is dead. Not even Bill Still could save it.

BTQ fills a huge void that QRK leaves behind. We need to leverage this fact to boost BTQ, talk about it every chance we get, let people know we have a perfectly viable alt crypto currency!

Sorry to disappoint but QRK is alive and well on cryptopia

Wow there are so many of them here lately.

What you need to do is click on their trust and give them negative trust. If they keep seeing their farmed account getting tagged with negative trust they might stop since the accounts are not worth as much if they have negative trust.

Ahh, good point. Never really thought about going that way. Thanks for suggestion.
The only thing I can think of is that they might retaliate and start loading me with neg trust. lol

I michael mining and trying to talk with few individuals to construct wallet. This really is amazing...

Whats even more amazing are the people that create a bunch of fake accounts and then go on different threads posting completely useless info trying to level up their status.
Right?

I had a question about the mobile wallet.  It shows I'm connected to my trusted peer weminebtq.com and showing there are currently 3551494 blocks but it only loads to block 1199999.  I tried resetting the blockchain but it still only loads to block 1199999.  I've been trying to figure it out myself but am stuck now.

The mobile app stopped working at that point when we changed the retargeting method. The app developer disappeared and never updated the app. I've tried to contact him to remove the app but never received a reply.

What a shame.  I feel like this coin is not getting the attention it deserves.

I agree 100% I'm thinking about hiring a promotional group to help get the word out about BTQ, so to give us the boost we need!

Just make sure it's not some scummy bounty hunters as I see it all the time on BCT where some fake accounts post "OH what a great coin! etc..." between each other and their fake followers. lol

We do not need third party involvement. Look at how big companies are starting to dominate this space, do u like it? In all seriousness, I hate 2017 year, this pump and all this media attention, merchants and paid hyping parasites spreading the word on twitter and forums. Hope this will end soon and dumb hype gets lost in silence.

Are u sure u didnt change it back? Heavy investigation conducted by my buddy revealed something is not entirely right here, and then we proceeded to looking under the hood. We literally dived into nuances and peculiarities of coding, to say the least. Time flies fast when all ur work is to remove bad code.

Well, mobile app stop working at the same blog. But, How could we get the private addresses? mobile wallet generates a DMS encrypted file and windows wallet does not support it.

Email me the mobile app private key file and I can decrypt it for you. Please include the password for the file if one is set. Send it to [email protected]

Thanks,
BTQ Dev
