and he say DD is not DOGED
DD is dead and DOGED is new coin
before you deposit you can search information about it

Exported private keys from DD should get your coins back. Did you PM pride from C-cex?
Sorry for your lost, man. You sent to the coin to different coin address, the other coin using different network, so basically all your coins are lost. They've responded correctly. There is nothing they could help.
did you check on the blockchain?
if your given address is not recognized by network c-cex should return them.
you need to add blockchain links that address you've withdrawn or whatever.

Theoretically it can work. We can order this service for You. Since it is complex procedure of managing 2 online exchange wallets It will cost us 0.5 BTC but we can't promice positive result.

well then no don't worry about trying to retrieve the coins. i definately don't want to add costs to your procedure. i will accept the coins are gone. the fact that i know it can be done is what drove me. again do not worry about retrieving the doged coins as i do not wish to add cost's to you. that is not fair for you to pay extra for my error. thank you for getting back to me.
